I have forum mod powers, but I don't see how I can close threads, sticky them, etc.

While looking at the board, you should see something called ''advance moderation'' or something to that effect. While looking at a topic, you should see at the bottom somewhere the admin functions.

Alright, thnx for the help
I made Celtic King board mod to see if he could moderate the boad. So don't wory, I'll fix the problem.

I made you Downtown Moderator. You should be able to moderate tihngs now. However, if you somehow can moderate all boards, please stay with the board(s) you are assigned to, unless it's quites obvious that a person is breaking a major rule on a different board.
